Marine Receiving & International Lifting
Proposed coordination of crude discharge in Portugal and outbound loading for Nominated Lifters, subject to feasibility, terminal arrangements and regulatory approvals.
Crude reception and discharge
Inbound receiving would depend on operator agreements, vessel suitability, available third-party facilities, permissions and agreed safety procedures. PORTUDE does not currently operate a marine terminal, represent secured access or guarantee vessel acceptance.
Nomination, verification and cargo release
Proposed coordination would link inventory records to cargo and vessel documents, independent quantity and quality verification, ownership or entitlement checks, valid release authority and the nominated collection arrangements. The International Buyer and Nominated Lifter are distinct roles; nomination does not confer ownership or independent title-transfer or release authority.
International shipment coordination
Outbound loading and onward shipment would depend on authorized release, terminal acceptance, vessel readiness, applicable Nigerian export and Portuguese/EU import or re-export requirements, and agreed maritime contracts. Destination access, freight terms, delivery times and completion are not guaranteed.
