Producer Partnerships
A proposed Nigeria-to-Portugal storage and authorized lifting pathway for Nigerian crude oil producers.
01. Nigerian export arrangements
Producers/exporters would establish lawful export permissions, cargo documentation, supply terms and loading arrangements, subject to appropriate counterparty and sanctions checks. The responsible parties and requirements would be confirmed for each transaction.
02. Marine transportation to Portugal
Shipment would follow agreed chartering, insurance and receiving-terminal arrangements. Receiving in the Sines area remains subject to feasibility, operator agreements and approvals; no access is secured.
03. Proposed storage agreements
Future storage terms would define capacity, crude compatibility, custody, segregation, measurement, fees, insurance and each party's obligations. No available capacity or confirmed tariffs are advertised.
04. Inventory and independent verification
Proposed producer- and grade-specific inventory management would follow agreed segregation procedures, with independent quantity and quality verification, reconciliation and custody-transfer records. Storage and inspection do not themselves determine or transfer legal title.
05. Buyer authorization and nominated collection
The International Buyer is the purchaser or otherwise contractually entitled party. The Nominated Lifter is the nominated collecting party or vessel. Valid release instructions, ownership or entitlement, nomination authority, vessel suitability and terminal acceptance would be verified separately.
06. Authorized outbound lifting
Verified release would permit collection of the specified cargo by the Nominated Lifter under agreed marine and shipping arrangements. Title and risk would follow the contracts. Prospective partnerships are not signed agreements.
