Crude Oil Storage
Proposed independent storage and inventory services for Nigerian crude arriving in Portugal, subject to feasibility, operator arrangements and regulatory approvals.
Capacity reservation and storage agreements
Future agreements would define capacity reservation, duration, compatible grades, segregation, the actual custodian and operator, measurement, insurance, fees and release conditions. No operating capacity, reservation offer or confirmed tariffs are advertised.
Inventory control and assurance
Proposed services could include producer- and grade-specific inventory records, segregation subject to engineering feasibility, tank measurement, movement reconciliation, sampling, independently appointed quantity and quality verification, and traceable custody-transfer documentation. Responsibilities and verification procedures would be agreed before operations.
Receiving to authorized release
Accepted cargo would be received and held under agreed custody and storage terms. Legal title would follow the applicable contracts and would not automatically pass to PORTUDE. Outbound collection would require verified ownership or contractual entitlement, valid release instructions, an authorized Nominated Lifter and terminal-accepted vessel arrangements. No guaranteed acceptance is implied.
